My wife was just in an auto accident. The cops didn't determine fault and didn't
cite anybody. It was the other guy's fault (though he disputes that) but the cops wanted to leave it up to the insurance companies.
Where do we go from here? Do I need to file a claim with their insurance if we want them to cover anything? Or can we start the claim with our company and have them dispute it with the other guy's insurance?
