The pictures you have. Especially the skid marks. The damage to your wife's car definitely suggests the other guy is at fault. Provide the pr # and make sure they know the other witness is a friend of the other driver. Were there any stop signs or anything? They should find the other guy at fault, but you never know. They'd rather not pay for you, but they should.
