The other guy pulled out into traffic turning right, impacting my wife's car on her car's front right tire. The entire front of his car is wiped out. He says she was merging into that lane and that's why he thought he was clear to go and why he hit her. Her skid marks clearly show that she was in the lane. It wasn't even close.

To me, the pictures clearly show that this guy's story couldn't possibly be true. The cops got statements from two witnesses. One of them backs my wife's story. The other backs the other guy's story. We found out from the cop, though that the other guy's witness just happened to be his old boss.

Not sure what to do.
