Michigan's defense does look pretty legit. IDK how they would stack up against PAC12 teams, but would guess that you have a better feel for the PAC than I do, so I'll defer on that.

I'm not saying that the Yewts are bad. I think it is clear that they are better than years past. If I were a Yewt fan I would be thrilled with a 3-0 start, but the seeming inability to sustain longer drives with strings of short-mid distance plays would probably be a concern going into a really hard PAC12 schedule. It seems like in previous games the Yewts have capitalized on blown coverages or the ability to get behind coverage and go for big yards. Optimistically that means that the offense is AMAZING; pessimistically that means that the offense can't produce without relying on a mistake by the defense.

Until I saw them against more proven talent, I wouldn't start predicting a PAC12 South title or comparing them to #8 Notre Dame.
