BYU-SDSU football game. The San Diego guy assumed that GM was a BYU ally. The lead-in to his first question to GM was highly complimentary of the Cougars, then asked something along the lines of "BYU really seems to be one of the best teams in the country, peaking at the right time of the season, how can SDSU possibly hope to stay in the game?".

Gordon chuckled and started to say something derogatory toward BYU like "Well they sure think they're great", but then caught himself mid-sentence, stumbled, then remembered who his audience was and proceeded to do his best to at least seem neutral. It was a great moment that I'm glad I caught live, it really showed how conditioned he is to give BYU the "Trib treatment".
