It has everything to do with Speaker Installation

if the school knew before hand that the neighbors to the North didn't want the loud music there should have been planning in place to make sure that speaker placement was installed in a way that it still provided a good experience for the fans. If they didn't know this...the school failed and this needs to be fixed.
