Priced at the low end of their range of $16-18 which means demand was on the light side. Gives the owners of Vivint some liquidity (like they need it) and brings in some dough to expand the businesses. Crappy day for an IPO, but it's a hot sector and if they continue to grow, the stock should do OK.
