it seems pretty unlikely. However, since drinking is not against the law, and ND fans are not required to sign the BYU honor code it is possible. Might even be because they didn't want drunk ND fans walking from Riverside to the stadium. But it still seems unlikely - at least without major restrictions.

But here is a thought for you. If I park my RV in the west lot by Zions Bank - I can sit in there and drink all the beer I want and no one would care.

And "permission from the "zoobies""? I am definitely smelling troll.
