Let the grandparents decide what they want to be called. You normally have
one side that get claim to the normal grandma and grandpa and the other side ends up with something different. With multiple kids, you can end up being on either side of that equation so as a grandparent if you are pre-emptive you can lay claim to a name that all your grand-kids call you and they get to feel unique.
