If the PAC12 told BYU they had to sell caffiene on campus to get an invite
I hope BYU would say no.

Not because I think there's anything wrong with caffiene, but because nothing is worth conceding (even something I don;t think is part of our beliefs) to the of absolute bigots that have final influence over that conference.

I don't give a rip about same-sex marriage, and I'm not sure if Prop 8 was worth the battle for a variety of reasons, but if the PAC12'ers are using that as an excuse, I'm glad the Church opposed it.

Implying that the Church "tarnished" its own or BYU's reputation for legally promoting it's fundamental beliefs is sad.

What is more sad is that the supposed superior thinking of PAC12'er types can't accept the LDS Church as a misguided but good intentioned group and include or at least try to accomate them like they do every other odd group. Rather, they irrationally and vehemently oppose the Church.

I wouldn't have it any other way.
