Because Utah is P5, a better program, has better coaches, and is beating

better teams (UCLA, Stanford). His dad is close to Kyle. He already spent a year at Utah and has loyalties to the program. I would love to see him play safety at BYU, but I think he stays at Utah and end up beating out Cox and the other QB's for the starting role in 2016. Unless he decides to come to BYU for religious/personal reason like Langi, he will stay at Utah because it is a better football decision right now.
