If he's unwilling to switch sides entirely, that is.
His center of gravity isn't ideal for a 3-4 lineman. He's athletic, big & strong enough to make it there--certainly better than he's making it as a OLB right now--but I think he'd actually be better as a NG than as a 3-4 end. Just from his sheer size--& he wouldn't have to worry as much about getting hung up by the low help blockers.

If only he saw the obvious light...
