Yes. Mainly the number and type of blitz packages.
We were not a very heavy blitzing defense from 2005-2011, and we were very safe and conservative in pass coverage assignments as a result.
We became blitz-heavy around late 2011 and started trusting more in man coverage schemes, and one-on-one containment.
It worked great when we had a brief influx of really exceptional athletes. But that influx hasn't been sustained into this season.
