No, he hasn't. The only really bad defense we've had since he took over
as HC was last year's pass defense, which was ranked 120. We had the #5 rushing defense, though, but teams didn't try to run against us either.
In 2012, we had the #3 ranked defense, the #3 scoring defense, the #2 rushing defense, and the #10 pass defense
in 2011, we had the #13 overall defense
In 2010, we had teh #24 defense
In 2009 we had the #28 ranked defense
in 2008, it was average, but not bad, at #59.
In 2007, we had the #10 ranked defense
In 2006 we had a slightly above average #38 ranked defense.
