Also, if BM were a great coach he'd get some great things from his players, not
be busy blaming them for team (his, other coaches' and players') failures.

But he's not a great coach. He's a good coach. Maybe even an above average non-P5 coach. He's right around Steve Cleveland-great pick to turn the program around but not an ideal long term guy. No doubt better in some aspects, but also not as good in others.
