Correct. Go back and look at some of Stewart's runs the last two games.
IF Taysom had been used like Stewart and only ran when he had to, Taysom would have had multiple LONG TD runs vs UCF and Nevada.
QB runs are most effective when they're not a primary option. Taysom would still have 100+ yard rushing games because he'd be running free for 2 seconds once he got out of the pocket and before the DBs turned around.
It's a pity we tried to use his best asset in a manner that wasn't most effective.
