may not trust the middle linebackers. They showed a couple of plays were Bronson was jamming his man and, instead of keeping to the outside of the tackle, peeked his head around to the front or inside of the tackle, perhaps in an effort to make a play up the middle. This exposed him on the outside of the tackle. He did this repeatedly. He is either not bright, because it keeps happening, or he is really worried that the middle linebackers will not make a play.

So, maybe Bronson's failures are intimately tied to Pikula's failures.
