they'll let you cancel, send back the equipment, and sign a new contract with another provider and then 2 days later start calling, emailing and sending mail offering everything under the sun to get you back. It made no sense to me that they would be willing to pay my ETF on the new contract I signed, reinstall everything I had sent back and taken down, and give me the new customer price after I'd gone through the hassle of changing providers but they weren't willing to just reduce the price 3 weeks earlier. The whole system is really stupid.
