I'm trying to see what Dish can do to keep me as a customer...
and got stuck at the phone bank person.
"Sir, we can cut your Multi-Sport cost by 50% for 6 months so that add-on will only be $5.50"
I'm on hold with retention now. Hopefully they'll give me something a little better. Any tips on getting a new customer deal as an existing? If they can't get me where I'd like to be I am willing to walk to Fios. Do I lead with that?
