It directly resulted in numerous adversary proceedings that were considered by the bankruptcy court contemporaneous to the parent bankruptcy case. Most of which have published opinions. There have been two appeals. The last appellate decision was not published, and I don't think the attorney that handled the original bankruptcy was involved in that appeal. There have been two cases in other jurisdictions that have cited the decision--again the result of the original decision. There actually might be several more opinions from cases that have been spun off to the district courts that also resulted from the initial decision.
