I suppose bronco and TH handle this like honor code violations, behind the scene
Jaime Hill is a great example of that, but we aren't walking around in the locker room or in coaches meetings, so it's pretty hard to claim that there is no coaching accountability as you posted. Another indication are how much bronco talks about holding people accountable, one would assume that he does that, but who knows
