I am the best tax preparer in my tax department...but I am also the best person to be partner.

No way I can go back and prepare every tax return. Sure..the return might be done more efficiently and might be more accurate...but it isn't the best thing for the firm.

I was happy Bronco finally decided to focus on the whole team, especially the offense. Offense could have used more of his input years ago and the whole team needed to work better together.

Did he go too far? Did he give up too much influence over the D because he was overly focused on the O? Maybe...maybe even probably.

I think he can dial it back and help more on the D...but I think it would be a major error to go back to being primarily a DC.
