I think he was in over his head in a situation that would be hard for teh best experienced OC's to succeed at.

I still think Doman has a very good football mind and it needs grooming... I don;t want him back as OC on teh next staff next year...I want him on staff in some capacity, maybe QB coach ,,,and I want him to go somewhere else and be an OC and prove himself and learn and come back.. not like Anae who went womewhere was an oline coach and came back to be an OC...Anae still hasnt proven himself as an OC anywhere but BYU...
