wasn't on the bench. RS is actually determined AFTER the season. So, if they don't play and they haven't used up their RS or eligibility, then the season can be designated as a RS season.

Not all will dress. some will have to RS. some shouldn't

A Redshirt can be taken off at anytime, but it can only be preserved if a player
