...the Tall Man. He was an undertaker who turned his victims into dwarfed zombies and made them do his bidding. He was being opposed by an orphaned kid who was trying to convince the town that the undertaker was behind all the string of deaths going on. It sort of was Nightmare on Elm Street 5 yrs prior to it's making. Creepy movie.
