To the 99% of you uninterested in this, why the heck did you click the post. The topic was pretty clear.
I am now down 2.6%, a pound ahead of where I should be on Monday morning. It'll be good to put a bit of distance between me and my weekly goals as I am sure a plateau will come. So far I am doing well with the changes in eating. I still have treats, yesterday's M&Ms tasted great, but am more cautious and measured. The soda kick is definitely helping.
I'd love to hear others' progress if you are trying to slim down.
