For grief's sake, let's just add a touch of realism to the #firebronco campaign.
We have a tough schedule next year, with plenty of difficult road games. Let's assume that Bronco is let go at the end of the season (doubtful, but let's just say).

New Head Coach.
New Offensive Coordinator
New Defensive Coordinator
New Strength & Conditioning Coach (PLEEEEEASE!!!)
New Position Coaches: QB, RB, WR, LB, OL, DL, CB, ST
My guess is that our recruiting coordinator (Martzen?) goes too... just saying.

We're talking: TOTAL CLEANING HOUSE.

For the players, this will likely mean AT LEAST one year of transition, which means 2015 = building year. And with road opponents stacking up to be heavy competition, one can easily draw the conclusion that a new coaching staff (even if you keep a few guys here and there) will mean that '15 can be a long and hard season.

Are you willing to accept that?
