The biggest problem - lack of talent on the D line. I don't know if it's due to there just wasn't anyone else available or if it's due to Bronco's use of D lineman (essentially asked to be door stops, taking up blockers) and so he's focused more on "journeyman" types.

I can't believe, the Cougs can't get top talent at D line. That's one area, they should be able to dominate. So I'm inclined to say, its more along the lines of coaches scheme and player selection - which turns out, isn't all that great.
