'effort over talent. walkon over scholly. character over flashy. journeyman over talented newby.' ... that's just your interpretation of what he/coaching staff does. I can't ever recall Bronco stating any of those things and can show many instances where that is just not true.

Your original comment that I questioned though was 'he won't change'. Give me examples of things he hasn't tried to change. I'm not seeing it. All I see is him trying to change things for the better. Here are just a few examples ...

1. Hiring Martzen to improve recruiting.
2. Re-hiring Anae to improve the offense.
3. Helping on the offensive side to improve the offense.
4. Hiring a team shrink.
5. Hiring a new strength/nutrition guy.
6. Going to the away stadiums early to get more accustomed to them.
7. Spending more practice time for individual player development
