It would depend on what kind of cupboard the next coach gets left with

If Bronco were to be replaced next year, a new coach would have enough talent and incoming recruits to turn things around within a couple of years. If there turns out to be a mass exodus of players in the wake of a coaching change then the transition will probably take longer.
