Two scenarios that result in Bronco leaving
A) BYU picks up the pace after lagging for 4 games. With Williams healthy, we win out and go 9-4. (Not too unlikely considering the schedule.) Shortly after the Miami Beach Bowl, Taysom recovers. He has a good spring, and leads BYU to an undefeated season in 2015, winning the playoff. Running on momentum and new recruits, Tanner Mangum (or some even better QB) leads BYU to a few more 11+ win seasons. Bronco gets offers from big schools and pro teams, and finally decides he has done everything he wants at BYU. This is unlikely, but still possible. I think Bronco is growing weary of BYU fans, and may jump at the chance of a bigger coaching job and salary.

B) BYU loses every remaining FBS game and goes 5-7. Taysom never recovers from his injury and has to hang up the cleats. BYU never finds a replacement for him. The tough schedules Holmoe set up for upcoming seasons backfire, and BYU has a few straight losing seasons. Bronco either gets canned, or quits in frustration.

I'll take either of these. I would prefer A, but even B is better than going 6-7, 7-6 or 8-5 for 5 more seasons. If that happens, Bronco will have a long career here. BYU will never again reach the fame and prestige that they had in the early 80s - forget surpassing it.
