Three weeks ago, it was brought to Bronco's attention that there was some contention between defensive players and Nick Howell. Tension had risen to the point where Bronco felt he needed to step in because Nick Howell has neither the maturity or experience to run the defense.

Yet on Tuesday of this week, after quietly being demoted for not being able to connect with players and run the defense, Nick Howell goes before the media and gives an interview again calling out the players again for not being able to play and for making stupid penalties?

If that is the case, then Nick Howell should be fired.
