Every other school not considered "Power 5". I think a perfect college FB scenario is that 64 teams split evenly into four conferences of 16, each with two divisions of 8. Win your division and play for the conference championship. Win the Conference and play in a four team playoff. Each team has exact even odds of winning and polls and perception are removed from the equation. It will be minor league football with very few "NCAA" Type restrictions. Winning is formost

All others teams play FCS under the current format with current NCAA restrictions in place. One of those teams will be us.....and we will then win our second national championship!!! #gocougs
