KC will be ready and starting for the opening game. Winder needs to get used to his role as the starting 2 guard and Fischer needs to get used to coming off the bench and finding his role in that situation with whatever combination of players he is asked to play with.

I would imagine Rose wants to use these games for guys to get used to their roles. I can't really see Winder playing PG at all once KC is ready.
