I don't pay that much attention to that, but here's a bit of info..
Here's a quote from a current resident of The Regent (blue glass tower across from Cheesecake Factory):

There have been three resales that I am aware of to date that have closed. Each unit that has resold has been very similar in size. All were one-bedrooms (~900 sq feet). Two of the units were on level 4 and had outdoor space, the other was on level 8. 809 originally sold for $200K and resold for $275K. 401 resold for $314,500 (originally about $235,000). 405 resold for $354,500 (originally about $260,000). These are increases of 33%, 37% and 36% respectively in just a little over two years.

I have no info on the other towers as I just follow occupancy as an interested party in downtown development projects, especially that have ramifications in the commercial real estate market.
