If this ends up being true, the first call TH makes is to Vandy
for a HH. Money talks. 13,000 tickets at $30 is a cool half million dollars. Louisville might also be just as compelling.
13,000 tickets does sound like a lot. If true, it is the location, not the team we are playing.
Nashville is a great location - can pull from so many metropolitan areas. Chicago and Florida might be a stretch, but St Louis, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Alabama, TN, KY, GA, NC, SC, AK, MS, LA? VA?, etc.
If it were Vandy, I think it would draw much better than MTSU.
