Sinking ship with little hope.... or is there hope still?
My support of Bronco has taken a major hit this season. Not just for the losses, I can handle those. But it's the lack
of player progress and that to me is a leadership issue. Is it assistant coaches? Is it position coaches? But in
for all purposes it all goes up to Bronco.

I like the guy, I believed in him and supported him for years. I still think the over the top criticism of Bronco is
unwarranted and ameatur by a number of posters on this site. But I just get frustrated when I see an
article like the following..

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/865615192/Logan-High-product-Luke-Falk-earning-recognition-after-dazzling-first-Washington-State-start.html

I watched Leach do something in the Utah game that blew me away. Gathering his entire team after Utah went up I think 21-0. From
that point on his team rose to the occassion. I don't think Washington State is that gifted in terms of recruits, sure they are PAC12,
but that kid Falk, he couldn't even get a sniff from anyone down in Utah.

Either we have a major recruiting problem or we have a huge development problem while they are in the program. I've tried to be
patient for Bronco's guys to return from missions and get integrated into the system. Frankly, I'm tired of waiting like some of you
now. There are no more excuses for the mistakes in recruiting. Not having a competent backup behind Stewart, are you kidding me!

The schedule looks brutal next year. This coaching staff is in need of some tough love via the administration. I wonder if it's not
time for Bronco to step away. I don't think they'll fire him for going 8-5 or 9-4, but I think we'll be no where close to that record
next season with the road games on the schedule. Sadly, this feels like a sinking ship with no hope.
