I've been meaning to post a poll about this.
First off, I haven't listened to this week's episode. But I can't believe he was convicted on such shoddy evidence either. Most of the time I feel like he didn't do it, but he knows more about it than he's letting on.

On the other hand, if this were the case, why wouldn't he say what he knows? I definitely think Jay is a shady character in all this, and I think the episode I'll listen to during my commute tonight will give more insight on that.
