Also, If BYU loses, they lose any and all leverage when bargaining admission to the B12 after TCU and Baylor stay at home from the CFP after being Jumped by OSU after the B10 title game. If BYU doesn't get in, they become the only school to win a CF NC and then close down their program.

That is pretty impactful on the CF landscape. More so than Alabama losing to Western Alabama School for the Maimed and Blind... and just about as likely.
