truth be told, that's saved me from a few tickets. I'd be cruising along at 85, come up on some turd just moseying down the left lane, slow down to 70, and then pass a highway patrolman on the shoulder.

My gratitude lasts about 20 seconds, then I want to ram the stupid slow driver again.
