I honestly believe neither would have done better . . .

if they switch places than the one in that spot. Whit would not have done better at BYU than Bronco and Bronco would not have done better at the U than Whit. Both ended up being suited to their calling . . . er, position. So by asking which is better is really a trick question IMHO.
