Bronco ran out Anae 1.0 and promoted an unprepared Doman to have complete control of the BYU offense. Bronco when asked about the Riley/Heaps QB battle said he hasn't even watched them practice, so he had no comment. Great qualities for a HC, to not even know how your QB battle is going and to admit you haven't been the least bit involved in it. Doman deserves blame in the failure at BYU, but the HC is the CEO, and when CEO's make bad promotions or hires their job performance should be questioned. BYU's current situation has a lot to do with decisions Bronco has made as HC.
