Bronco is a good DC but always been bad at blitzing

that's the one major area he needs to improve. Part of it is scheme, part of it is getting more athletic guys on the field. Whether that's recruiting and/or choosing a less talented player because he works harder, I can't tell. Either way, the blitzing needs to get better.
