75% is very generous. The northern "stick" is pretty, but the entire south
is ugly desert, volcanic, nasty, gross, empty, terrible, I hate you, scrub.
yes, I've been to both and most people live in the ugly part. Boise is okay, but it's an oasis in a sea of terribleness.
