YES. LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY.
Last year I made the best turkey any of us have ever tasted. There are a couple of things that if you do you'll agree with me.

1. Skip the whole bird. Buy a turkey breast roast from Norbest called the Sweetheart. It's tricky to find but some specialty places have them. Call around. They are usually only sold to caterers. The solution % is much higher than the ones you typically buy - right around 20%. You don't have to brine. It's whole turkey breasts pressed together and not any of the filler junk. It is so, so good.

2. Get your hands on some Yardbird rub and hit that thing hard with it before it goes on.

3. Smoke at 250 until done.

4. Bask in your glory.

If you have people that want dark meat, you can smoke some legs and throw them on later or even add another whole bird. The Sweetheart is teh way to go, though. You'll never look back.
