The fact that they sit around doing nothing unless given specific instructions
is what drives me absolutely insane. There's one ONSHORE guy we have right now who does that. It's like I have to manage a 5 year old, but he's a 5 year old who doesn't tell me when he has problems or questions, he just sits there and does nothing until I coax it out of him.
