Who's talking about the 80's? I'm talking about within the past decade.
During Anae 1.0 BYU averaged more points per game, points per play, yards per play, total offense and on and on and on.
Look at what Mike Leach and Sonny Dykes' offenses are doing this year. I would say it's still a viable system and one we've had success with recently.
