Terrific post. Would add that last shot was brilliant move by Haws!
After successfully getting space off the high screen by a big on several previous occasions, he rejects the same screen and fakes the defender into misdirection for a wide open midrange shot. It was masterfully set up and could be expected to work 80% of the time.

On your WCC comment, i would only add that i have seen all of the good teams in the conference but must say it is stronger this season. It will be tough to win road games at USF, St Mary's, Pepperdine, San Diego, and Portland.

But BYU BB remains on track for the multi-year turnaround that began in January of 2014. They are good and getting better and the doubters will be shut-up as they were last year when they laughed in January at the suggestion that the bottom was in when Rose made his strategic and transformational line-up change.

Beating the Utes at home should pivot them back on track to win the remaining OOC games and begin WCC play in a good place.
