Im ok with you forgoing seatbelts if you're ok with

Not having EMS to pick you up when you wreck, not having the hospital staff available at whatever hour you wreck, and as long as you pay your own medical expenses out of pocket.

This seems like a fair trade. You are free from seatbelts, we are free from the consequences of you not wearing your seatbelt.
