If and only if he will start/stop doing the following:
Stop:
Hiring disasters as coordinators
Treating fans like necessary evils
Being so stubborn and recognize you aren't perfect and that you can learn and change and grow as a coach too
Start:
Caring about beating your freaking rival
Playing people based a little more on skill and talent and not just who works hard
I'm sure there are more. I don't want Bronco gone by any means. But he has to change a few things. If he won't change, then maybe it's best we part ways. Please just change a little bit coach, okay?
